The redesign of the library catalog prompted a need to reassign all library card numbers and therefore launch a new library card. It was a unique opportunity to showcase our new brand and modern approach to serving the people of Brooklyn. An easy-to-use library card holder fit in a wallet and featured a pocket guide on branch locations and card use.

The BPL Foundation needed a signature piece to communicate with current and future donors about the opportunities the Library provides to the diverse population of Brooklyn. Working with design firm Hyperakt, we designed and produced a brochure combining reality and inspiration through the combination of photography and illustration.
